Akkodis is seeking a UAT Coordinator - Bilingual for a contract position with a client located in Montreal, QC . Ideally looking for a resource with UAT Leading with recent experience in a leadership capacity on complex initiatives, with the ability to lead and motivate a team in an agile delivery environment, particularly in large organizations. Position: UAT Coordinator - Bilingual Place: Montreal, QC Working mode: Hybrid (3 days/week telecommuting and 2 days/week in the office) Start date: As soon as possible End date: 2025-12-31 Work schedule: 37.5 hours/week Languages (oral and written): French English - Bilingualism Required: The need to interact with delivery partners (based in Canada, the United States, and India) makes bilingualism a must Job description We are looking for a UAT coordinator for one of our clients who will work as part of a large-scale program that consists of the modernization of a core platform for the enterprise sector and involves more than 500 people. Leadership Skills Strategic vision: The UAT leader must have a clear vision of quality and continuous process improvement. Ability to Motivate: Inspire and guide the UAT team to achieve quality goals. Decision-making: Make informed decisions aligned with financial objectives in a context where the ecosystem on which the resource will work is quite complex and the UAT cycle will therefore have to deal with the various technological components as well as the entire ecosystem of integrations (e.g., Data Consumers). Planning Skills and Coordination The profile relies heavily on coordination skills, including Planning, monitoring deliverables and timelines, anticipating issues, communicating with stakeholders, managing execution risks, escalating when necessary, addressing resource performance issues, etc. Autonomy Initiative: Be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions. Time management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Communication Skills Clarity : Simplifying complex concepts to make them understandable by everyone. Transparency : Openly sharing information about performance and decisions made. Adaptability : Adapt to the audience's level of knowledge and use simple and concise language. Requirements and qualifications The candidate must have experience in an environment with high technological complexity and high organizational complexity.
