Skills and Responsibilities: •Good years of experience out of which as technology PM •Has led and managed several projects related to contact center and specifically workforce management and data/reporting •Manage budget, timelines, resources for technology initiative •Create Project Plan, work with multiple technology partners to gather inputs •Raise multiple tech tickets (ex: Intake to other technology groups, firewall, new domain request, Cloud migration etc.) and coordinate with teams to track progress and closure •Working with Azure Cloud, Contact Centre initiatives is value add •Manage RAID logs, create Mitigation plans and share with leadership teams •Facilitate Steering committee calls, WSRs as needed •Strong communication and presentation skills •Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, ServiceNow and other PM tools Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
