Senior Java Consultant

Location: Toronto Contract Duration: 7 months with the possibility of extension Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Consultant to join our team in Toronto. This role requires expertise in converting monolithic systems to microservices architecture and hands-on experience with Java backend development. As a Senior Java Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing CRM solutions within large, distributed environments. Key Responsibilities: Monolithic to Microservices Conversion: Lead efforts to transition from monolithic architectures to microservices, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability. Java Backend Development: Develop and maintain robust Java-based backend systems, utilizing relevant frameworks and APIs. CRM Solutions: Design, develop, and implement CRM solution architectures, leveraging your extensive knowledge of CRM applications, database technologies, and communication protocols. Solutions Design and Development: Provide expertise in solutions design, ensuring effective integration with various services and alignment with business requirements. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in converting monolithic architectures to microservices and substantial hands-on experience in Java backend development. CRM Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and managing CRM solutions in large, distributed environments. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, database technologies, and communication protocols. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead the development and implementation of CRM solution architectures effectively.
