Your responsibilities will include: Manage residential real estate transactions from beginning to end. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documents. Review all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including lender representation files. Contributing to expanding the residential real estate portfolio. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on all matters related to residential real estate. Who We’re Looking For: Quebec Notary License. Full bilingual proficiency (EN/FR) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a high-volume of residential real estate files. A strong desire for career growth and a collaborative team spirit.
