Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Ottawa, Ontario Salary: Up to $150,000 Annual Bonus About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Ontario-based high to mid-rise construction to join our client's team in Ottawa. As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring each phase is completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead large, impactful projects, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to the Ottawa skyline. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets; ensure proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, vendors, city officials, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and align project goals with stakeholders’ expectations. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all construction activities meet industry standards, Ontario Building Code requirements, and company quality benchmarks. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and cost control, ensuring adherence to budget allocations and maximizing project profitability. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support project teams to enhance skillsets, improve team collaboration, and drive project success. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide regular progress reports to senior management, and analyze performance metrics. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of construction experience with a focus on mid-to-high-rise projects in Ontario. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget. Strong knowledge of Ontario construction standards, health and safety regulations, and local building codes. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to $150,000 annually, based on experience. Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus scheme.
