Job Description

Established in 1991, our clients pride themselves on providing dedicated services to the Mildura community and its surrounding areas. They are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic Administration Officer to join their team for a 2-month contract.

In this role, you will be integral to our administrative team, focusing on the management of personnel documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include archiving hard-copy personnel files, scanning and digitising employee paperwork, and ensuring all documents are filed electronically.

Responsibilities:

  • Archive and organise hard copy personnel files.
  • Scan and digitise current employee paperwork.
  • Maintain electronic records and implement proper filing procedures.
  • Reviewing electronic filing system.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Police Check.
  • NSW and VIC Working with Children Check.
