Lead Quality Analyst - Automation Testing

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic team in Noida. Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring high standards of quality in all deliverables. - Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools. - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. - Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. - Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. - Monitor debugging process results. - Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. - Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Skills & Qualifications : - Experience: 8 years of experience in automation testing and manual testing on mobile and web applications. - Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). - Testing Skills: Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality standards for products and monitor quality testing, identifying gaps in testing. - Test Frameworks: Experience in setting up test frameworks, test environments, and test data to execute test cases. - Project Management: Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. - Customer Focus: Understand end-user requirements and own issues till closure. - Collaboration: Actively participate in requirement analysis and test design. - Blockchain Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of blockchain concepts such as Web3, NFT, Ethereum, Mining, Token, Hyperledger. - Non-Functional Testing: Understanding of Performance Testing and Security Testing is a plus.
