Superintendent - 3-story Storage Complex

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a new 3-story storage complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven ability to lead projects from the ground up while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and architects
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Experience with multi-level and commercial projects
• Familiarity with stucco, CMU, and tilt wall construction techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
