Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our Structural Steel projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including budget and resource management, client relationships, proposal development, risk management, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Create and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop project proposals and manage the bidding process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and construction methodologies
- Lead and manage project teams, including training and development
- Manage project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and project documentation
- Utilize project management software to track project progress
- Work closely with structural engineers and other professionals to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience in managing Structural Steel projects or similar
- Experience in budget management, resource management, and risk management
- Experience in client relationship management and proposal development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with project management software
- PMP certification preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methodologies
- Knowledge of Steel and Structural Steel, Cold-rolled steel, storage facilities
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
