Position Overview
The Marine Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage marine construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient project execution. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and leading a team to achieve project goals on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise marine construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and USCG regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in marine construction.
• Strong understanding of heavy civil and civil engineering principles.
• Familiarity with OSHA, MSHA, and USCG regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
