Job Description

Responsibilities

The Summer Analyst will be responsible for providing necessary insight and input on construction schedule, cost and complexity. The construction team works alongside the project's in-house design, financial and development management team to manage costs, explore building system alternatives, coordinate zoning and permits, and oversee the project's construction bid and contract process.

  • Review and summarize documents including but not limited to partnership agreements, audits, and term sheets
  • Compile market research to draw comparisons between different properties
  • Participate in weekly meetings on current projects
  • Assist in creation, execution and monitoring project work plans and revises as required to meet
changing needs and requirements
  • Participate in creating overall project schedule and oversees timely execution
  • Assist with management of day to day operational aspects of the project
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Compensation:

The hourly range for this position is $25-$30/hr

Qualifications

Related's summer analyst program intends to train and evaluate the next generation of leaders. To be considered for the 2025 Summer Analyst program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Current undergraduate sophomore with a target graduation date between December 2026- Spring 2027
  • A strong passion for real estate development
  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, and other related fields
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
  • Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter, demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year
