Join Bayer Consumer Health as the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) leader for the Life Cycle Management (LCM) Non-medicinal team. You will drive Regulatory compliance for Consumer Health non- medicinal products and empower our team to achieve their goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Visionary Leadership: Guide teams to define and deliver mission-driven outcomes.
- Coach: helps the team learn and build the capabilities needed to create value for the customer and stakeholders
- Talent Development: Set priorities for skills development and acquire top talent.
- Operational Excellence: Implement the Work Units Operating Model, balancing business needs and team capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of learning, experimentation, and collaboration in 90-day cycles.
- Performance Management: Support talent cycles, including performance reviews and career path development.
- Accountability: establishes full ownership and accountability among team members for mission-focused outcomes
- Regulatory Expertise: Stay current on CMC regulations and industry trends, participating in due diligence and Health Authority meetings as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong self-awareness and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven leadership experience, including non-hierarchical settings.
- Agile in managing change and driving outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration skills, fostering accountability within teams.
- A degree in life sciences (post-graduate preferred) and solid experience of relevant Life Science Regulatory Affairs experience, particularly in food supplements and cosmetics.
- Knowledge of European and International regulations is essential.
- Proficient in English; additional languages (e.g., German or French) are a plus
