The Role - Business Studies Teacher
We are seeking an experienced Business Studies teacher with a proven track record of inspiring students and achieving excellent academic outcomes. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering engaging, relevant lessons to students at Key Stages 4 and 5, covering GCSE and A-Level content. This role provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ understanding of the business world, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Engage and inspire students through practical, real-world applications of business concepts.
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing support and feedback to encourage achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and work closely with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies department.
• Stay updated with business trends and integrate real-world examples into lessons to enrich student learning.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
• Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level Business Studies curriculum.
• A commitment to fostering students’ analytical skills, business acumen, and understanding of the global economy.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
