Quantity Surveyor - Local Council (12 Months)

QS required to support leading local council in Falkirk (12-month house building/remodel)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading public sector organisation based in Falkirk. This project is expected to last twelve months, however may be extended.
This role will see you looking after a new build housing development alongside a Farmhouse/Steading remodel just outside of town centre. Initial construction has begun on this project therefore the client is looking to progress quickly to meet deadlines set out by senior management.


The ideal candidate will come from a QS background and have commercial knowledge from working on a similar project. As well as being suitably qualified to degree level or higher.


This position is offering a strong day rate and the flexibility that comes with working in a local authority. This role will ideally be full time however part time working options may be available for the right candidate.
