We have an exciting opportunity for a Director Global Pricing and Contracting to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to Senior Global Director and be a member of the MAPA team.

The core responsibility is to develop and implement global pricing and rebate strategies for existing products and launch products. This role will support the market access team with developing value communication materials for payer and other decision holder with focus on monetarization and price – benefit argumentation.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Develop, review, and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies.

· Responsible for ensuring alignment with program and brand strategies to optimize pricing and reimbursement.

· Collaborate on pricing research and development of launch prices, launch price strategies and pricing analysis with Business development.

· Identify competitive trends, synthesize competitor price information (including biosimilars and generics), and trigger actions as required.

· Develop global launch pricing guidance including Lifecycle Management, and LOE strategy to maximize the asset/portfolio value in close partnership with Global, Regional, and country stakeholders.

· Provide contributions to the development of innovative pricing strategies, and value-based contracts for pipeline products (close launch products) based on comprehensive assessments of value potential and recommend adaptations where appropriate.

· Provide input, as needed, into the price assessment of early-stage products and due diligence projects to validate the price and comparator selection from a price implementation and realization point of view.

· Be an expert on key global countries and share knowledge regarding major developments in these markets to contribute and shape the decision-making of pricing strategies for allocated products.

· Responsible for identifying and monitoring national prices and discounts for the product portfolio

· Inform and guide pricing and contracting governance, approval, and communication to executive/ senior leadership for Pricing and Contract Pricing Review

· Cultivate a value-based mindset in all stakeholder interactions.

· Ensuring adherence to the Norgine compliance guidelines

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

· University degree required, Master’s and/or PhD in Healthcare discipline or Business preferred

· Solid pharmaceutical experience with a strong preference for direct experience in pricing and reimbursement

· Experience in global pricing or market access role required with LoC experience preferred

· Experience in establishing and managing effective business processes
