JOB TITLE: Marketing Campaign Specialist (Maternity Cover) JOB LOCATION: Belfast TERMS: Fixed Term, hybrid working THE JOB This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to make a real investment in their career, to make this role their own. Working with the Brand and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and consideration of the Fibrus brand, as well as initiatives to engage and educate local communities. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Produce fully integrated advertising campaigns focused on increasing awareness of Fibrus in newly released areas, as well as driving sales during key moments of the year Execute hyper local marketing activities to drive consideration and community engagement in towns across NI and GB Manage external advertising agency, driving them on a daily basis, so that all marketing campaign activities are targeted, on time, and on budget Ensure that all marketing activities have integrity and fit within set brand guidelines to strengthen Fibrus' brand reputation Work with digital colleagues and agencies to ensure campaigns are truly through the line, to drive traffic to the website, social media growth and online engagement Communicate campaigns to the business through internal communications Data management to target new customers Present performance related results of all marketing campaign activities on a weekly & monthly basis WHAT WILL YOU BRING? High level understanding of advertising & digital marketing Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing, a relevant business-related discipline or can demonstrate capabilities and results in the field of marketing campaigns Considerable experience in developing and building omni channel marketing campaigns Experience across a range of marketing channels both online and offline, including but not limited to social media platforms, digital advertising, OOH, Radio, Press etc. Experience measuring campaign performance and using support tools such as digital analytics tools and Google Analytics Ability to translate product features into consumer benefits with a brand's TOV Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and to deadlines within a team environment, highly creative and results focused IS FIBRUS FOR ME?
