Air Conditioning Engineer

Responsibilities
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks
• Ensure all relevant operational service records are completed and submitted in time
• To commit to a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover
• Assist other team members when required or as directed from the leadership team
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales
• Proactively reduce energy consumption on sites
• Co-ordination with sub-contractors with regards to delivery of service activities
• All duties to be carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
• To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
• To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
• To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required

Requirements
• NVQ level 2 in Air conditioning
• Ability to demonstrate air conditioning knowledge
• F-gas certified (essential)
• Minimum 18 months working in a service and maintenance type job role
• Full driving licence
• Strong work ethic and attitude towards work and contributing towards a growing business
• Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written
