We’re currently collaborating with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service to explore new and exciting opportunities within the Trusts across Northern Ireland. Right now, we are thrilled to be recruiting for a Locum Band 6 Estates Officer for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Estates services team based in Belfast! This temporary post will require full time hours & salary starting from £20.28 per hour for the first 12 weeks and increasing to £21.10 per hour thereafter.

Requirements

- Have a HNC level qualification in a related field, such as Energy and Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Surveying, or Construction in the Built Environment.

- Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry, particularly in Facilities or Estates management roles.

- Show a proven track record of effectively managing and delivering solutions within at least two of the following three areas: Building, Surveying and Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Services, or Electrical Engineering Services.

- Hold a full UK Driver's License and have access to your own transport.

- Have the right to work in the UK.
