The Sales Academy at Utility Bidder is designed to cultivate new talent and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in energy sales. Program Details

• Engage in intensive training sessions covering all aspects of energy sales and consultancy

Requirements

• A strong desire to pursue a career in sales, particularly in the energy sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to work hard
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
• Determination to succeed and achieve personal and team goals
