Maintenance ManagerThe successful candidate will provide tactical and operational maintenance management of all mechanical, electrical, and fabric assets.
Duties:Leading the in house maintenance team of 4Lead the primary Facilities Maintenance contractor, and all specialist/general contractorsPlan, co-ordinate, and deliver facilities maintenance in accordance with the strategy, and in line with annual budgets and Service Level Agreements
Responsibilities:Support the Senior Facilities Manager in the management of all building/site technical/maintenance matters.Manage the in-house maintenance teamTo deliver quality services in a timely fashion, and in line with all SLAs
Requirements/skills/experience:Strong people management skillsAn experienced technician/engineer, with strong knowledge of all areas of building/site maintenanceMinimum of three years’ experience of managing teams Excellent knowledge of H&S in the workplace
