Depot Distribution Coordinator

Manpower are looking for a Depot Distribution Coordinator to join a busy National Logistics company in Basingstoke on a permanent basis. This is a very diverse and exciting role with varied responsibilities, but plenty of room for progression within the company. The role is full time hours, 40 per week and in return for your hard work you'll be paid £12.0 per hour, circa £24,900 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:

• Dealing with Customer sales queries via phone and email


• Picking and packaging customer orders in the Warehouse


• Taking sales orders via inbound calls and processing through the system


• Keeping customers up to date on their orders and its progress


• Delivering customer orders as per business needs


• Liaising with other departments for a smooth customer journey


• Giving brilliant customer service at all times


• Other Warehouse duties when required

What we need from you:

• Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points for insurance purposes


• Basic IT skills - Excel, Microsoft packages, Outlook


• Strong customer service skills


• Drive to succeed in a varied role
