POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Rosemont Les Quartiers residence is located in a safe neighborhood in Montreal and offers two terraces, an interior courtyard and spacious lounges for various activities. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's tasks include completing small renovations and ensuring cleanliness within the establishment. Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, daytime, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., every other weekend. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: all other related tasks Construction Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) BENEFITS: Referral Program Uniform provided Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Consistent schedule Career Opportunity JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time
