Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our service industry team in Thornhill, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and handling invoice payment processes. This opportunity offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Utilize technology, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, to complete tasks efficiently- Process and manage payments for AB claims - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong English language skills - Utilize skills in Customer Service and Call Center operations to provide excellent customer experiences- Operate Guidewire and Avaya systems as part of daily tasks- Handle Accident Insurance and Accident Benefits matters effectively- Manage Auto Claims and ensure their accurate resolution.- Proven experience in a call center environment- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively - Familiarity with Avaya and Guidewire software systems - Knowledge of accident benefits and accident insurance - Experience in handling invoice payments and auto claims - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of calls - Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required - Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
