Accounts Receivable Manager

Our international technology company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a three-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency. In this role you will take a lead role in a fast-paced and dynamic business. The AR Specialist's duties will include: -Managing AR collections and payments including invoice preparation-Negotiating and motivate customer payments-Reviewing Statements of Work and Purchase Orders to ensure billings align with agreements and contracts-Reviewing invoices for accuracy.-Populating customer-facing portals with invoices and other billing information.-Resolving invoicing-related discrepancies in invoicing-Other duties in support of collections as requiredThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: -Post-secondary education in a relevant field-A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy-Excellent communication skills-Excel proficiency-Proficiency with Oracle a strong asset-Ability to perform the required duties and responsibilities with minimal supervisionRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
