Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are offering an opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Burlington, Ontario. This role falls within the industry of finance and accounting, where you will be tasked with managing financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines and laws. Responsibilities - Oversee the processing and monitoring of Accounts Receivable Invoices- Manage time tracking for employees, ensuring accurate payroll processing- Maintain comprehensive employee files, including new hires, terminations, and vacation schedules- Handle government remittances, including GST/HST, EHT, WSIB, and Source deductions- Prepare, reconcile and remit T4's, Summary and ROE's- Execute and monitor wire transfers- Assist with month-end tasks and reconciliations as needed- Reconcile and process CAD and US credit card statements- Create and maintain project cost summary reports- Arrange travel and monitor related expenses- Maintain organized filing & record systems- Conduct various other duties as required.- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and Computerized Accounting System- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Ability to handle all Accounting Functions- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)- Proven ability in Cash Flow Analysis- Familiarity with Sage 300 software- Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge BookkeeperRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
