Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Administrative Coordinator to join our team within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. This role offers a contract employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in identifying and organizing various agreements across business stakeholders. You will also assist our Procurement partner in creating an efficient system and repository of information amongst other administrative tasks.Responsibilities:- Connect with business stakeholders to understand and gather various agreements.- Work collaboratively with the Procurement team to create and implement a process for agreement procedures.- Maintain a reliable and accessible database for housing all agreements.- Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders to understand their needs.- Provide project support and collaborate with different teams to achieve objectives.- Utilize software such as MS Office Suite and Teams for administrative tasks and communication.- Leverage skills in CRM, Communication, Procurement, Database Administration, Purchase Orders, Administrative Assistance, Administrative procedures, and Data Entry to fulfill job responsibilities.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry- Proficiency in CRM tools and Database Administration- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization- Experience in Procurement and handling Purchase Orders- Proven track record of providing Administrative Assistance- Familiarity with Administrative procedures and Data Entry- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
