Job Description
Our client in Southwestern Ontario is seeking for a part time Financial Consultant for a 3-6 month engagement. As the Financial Consultant, your primary function will be to provide financial guidance to support the business operations. In addition, you will be working closely with our internal teams to develop financial growth strategies, key performance indicators and manage our financial systems. This opportunity is onsite.Responsibilities- Foster financial planning and analysis functions to aid in company-wide decision-making- Provide insights into financial, operational, and strategic performance- Conduct comprehensive market trend and competitor analysis- Interpret complex financial data and provide updates as needed- Create forecast models for revenue and business growth and assist in establishing budgets- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies- Assist in the development of performance measures that support the company's strategic direction and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff-15 years of experience in a financial consulting role.- Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).- Proficiency in developing and managing Annual Operating Budgets.- Must have a strong background in KPI Reporting.- Ability to Analyze Revenues and strategize for Revenue Growth.- Experience in small business medical/health/dentistry clinics is a huge asset. - Advanced skills in Excel and familiar with multiple ERP systems.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with a team.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
