Job Description
Reporting to the Team Leader - Software, the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) support analyst will be responsible for configuration changes and maintenance of our Dynamics 365FO deployment. This includes making recommendations to meet business needs taking into account Dynamics 365 best practices; the standardization of use throughout the organization; to make the necessary changes to ensure the continuous improvement of the system; to carry out routine maintenance; to provide technical support for service requests and to investigate and resolve incidents. Main responsibilities : Participate in the Dynamics 365FO implementation project; Work closely with the implementing partner to understand the needs of different departments how the system will be implemented; Manage all basic administrative functions such as managing user access and security roles as well as table maintenance; Create new reports, forms and dashboards; Maintain and configure information flows; Download data files according to business needs; Configure and maintain data imports and exports; Analyze and resolve incidents, anomalies and defects; Help prepare for and administer upgrades and help identify related training needs; Participate in user training; Establish and document processes to support users; Any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor
