Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Concord, Ontario. This role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining customer records, and improving our service processes. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the customer service industry.Responsibilities:- Engage in verbal and written communication with customers to answer their inquiries- Ensure customer complaints are resolved, adhering to company policies and procedures- Accurately record all customer service activities, comments, and contact information on customer accounts- Assist with new services, customer agreements, and security deposit requests in alignment with company policies- Identify, resolve, and escalate issues or disputes promptly to the appropriate personnel- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required- Contribute ideas for improving work processes to enhance customer service efficiency- Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel to maintain and manage customer records and service orders.- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role for a minimum of 2 years- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations- High school degree or equivalentRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
