Customer Service Representative

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the industry. The role will be based in Concord, Ontario, L4K 4R1, Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, your main function will be to manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, process service orders, and assist with new services.Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints both verbally and in writing- Process and manage service orders for customer move-ins and move-outs- Keep a detailed and clear record of customer service activities, comments, and contact information on customer accounts- Identify, resolve, and escalate issues or disputes to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner- Contribute to the improvement of work processes by providing initiative and ideas- Assist with the processing of new services, signed customer agreements, and security deposit requests- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to while providing a high level of customer service in a professional and courteous environment- Utilize skills with Microsoft Outlook and Excel for various tasks.- Position requires a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is necessary- Ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively is a must- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to handle confidential customer information responsibly- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
