Accountant

We are searching for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The role involves maintaining and managing customer accounts, processing financial data and delivering high quality financial support. You will be working within a small finance team, providing crucial support in a dynamic environment. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:- Accurately process and record customer credit applications- Maintain precise records of customer credit- Utilize excellent Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data- Carry out job costing and percentage of completion contract revenue processing- Conduct inventory counts in a manufacturing environment- Collaborate effectively within a 3-person finance group- Operate accounting software systems to manage and track financial data- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in line with company policies- Carry out auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy- Monitor and maintain balance sheet account.- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems- Proficient in all Accounting Functions- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)- Knowledge and experience in Auditing- Proficient in managing Balance Sheet AccountRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
