Accounts Payable Clerk

We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. In this role, you will focus on managing the processing of accounts payable for our business. Your role will involve handling a high volume of invoices, ensuring accurate data entry, and using your skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities:- Oversee the processing of approximately 120 invoices on a monthly basis- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate data entry and invoice processing- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of accounts payable- Regularly run checks to maintain financial security- Use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis- Respond to any inquiries regarding invoices and accounts payable- Work on-site in Vaughan, reporting directly to the controller- Employ your skills in coding invoices to ensure accurate financial tracking- Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.- Demonstrated skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).- Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices.- Strong skills in Data Entry and Invoice Processing.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
