We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Events Assistant Coordinator in Ottawa, Ontario. The role involves supporting the events team, conducting administrative tasks, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating holiday events, including the management of donation boxes and gifts.Assist the Events Coordinators with all overflow tasksHandle administrative duties such as photocopying and scanning documents.Maintain and manage email correspondence relating to event coordination.Use case management software and Microsoft Excel to track event details and manage client relations.Scanning and photocopyingHandling marketing materialsAdminister claim administration tasks as needed.
