Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We are looking for a transport dispatcher for our client located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The company is in the local and long-distance road transport business. Duties : - Plan and coordinate deliveries, optimizing routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency. - Manage customer requests and proactively monitor transport execution. - Work closely with drivers to quickly resolve unforeseen circumstances. - Ensure smooth communication between the various internal teams. - Analyze transport performance and suggest improvements. - Keep transport management documents and systems up to date. - Prepare transport and customs documentation. Requirements : - Experience in a similar position, ideally in the transport sector. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly. - Good command of IT tools and transport management software. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to communicate in French and English with international customers and partners.
