Receptionist

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Hillsburgh, Ontario, Canada. The role involves providing administrative support within the infrastructure department. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and managing the department's inbox. Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls daily, providing efficient and courteous customer service.- Process and manage customer requests and applications.- Organize and maintain customer files for easy retrieval and record-keeping.- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for email correspondence and data entry.- Schedule appointments as required.- Make quick decisions and provide solutions to customer inquiries.- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.- Must have at least 1 year of prior experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar role- Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems- Strong customer service skills- Experience with data entry tasks- Familiarity with email correspondence- Excellent interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word- Experience in organizing files- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and effectivelyRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
