Job Description

Pursuing a career as an Associate Vice-President in the Factoring Group and Professional Firms and Insurance means being at the heart of the growth activities of these specialized groups. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the growth strategy for the business portfolio. Through your leadership, you will mobilize a team of about twenty experts who provide advice, support, and specialized financial services to businesses. Your Role: Mobilize and coach your team members to increase their engagement, retention, and develop their talents. Define and execute the growth strategy for the business portfolio. Anticipate the development needs of your teams based on the Bank's strategic directions, your sectors, and prepare succession plans. Ensure maximum visibility of the Bank in the market by organizing and participating in business development activities and market events. Stay alert and anticipate sector trends and innovations to remain relevant and guide the team on business priorities. Innovate in processes, products, and sector-specific modalities to create capacity and offer solutions that stand out from the competition. Develop new business niches and territories and define sales and development strategies based on the Bank's directions. Our pan-Canadian team is committed to supporting businesses in the sector with all their business needs by having an in-depth understanding of industry specifics and providing effective and tailored solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree related to the sector and 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree related to the sector and 7 years of relevant experience. Management, coaching, and leadership skills. Significant experience in business financing. Expertise in complex financing structures and risk analysis. Experience in negotiation. Experience in supply chain financing (factoring) is desired.
