Job Description

Restaurant Supervisor
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support the F&B Management team in the day to day running of the brasserie restaurant including the opening, running and closing of service as required ensuring the highest levels of customer service at all time.

The Place
Our client is a luxury country house hotel and spa in St Albans. The hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and has 128 bedrooms, as well as two restaurants and two bars on site.
The Person The Restaurant Supervisor will have the following
  • Experience in a luxury Food & Beverage environment with strong food and drink knowledge
  • Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience will be a distinct advantage
  • Confidence to manage junior team members
  • Flexibility to work hours as required
  • Have a positive attitude, be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and be well presented
  • Reliable means of transport to St Albans is essential
