The shift pattern for this position is as per rota.
The Haemophilia Unit situated within the Medical Block at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary Hospital ensures a high standard of care of patients with inherited bleeding disorders & other blood conditions, providing a seamless service for patients and their families. The post holder will competently perform the necessary technical/invasive/physical aspects of care for this defined patient group.
The Unit is a Comprehensive care centre for patients in the West of Scotland with Inherited bleeding condition and provides support to the West of Scotland. It also provides a Haemoglobinopathy service for patients.
The Unit provides the delivery of service for the North Sector non- malignant Haematology patient group.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff.
