Job Advertisement: Health and Safety Advisor (1-Month Contract) - Cardiff
We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for an exciting opportunity to oversee the construction of a new build car park in Cardiff. This is a 1-month contract, working with one of the largest health and safety consultancies in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during the construction phase.
* Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure site safety protocols are in place.
* Provide advice and support to the on-site team, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with project managers and site staff to maintain a culture of safety.
* Ensure all construction activities meet industry health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH or IOSH qualified (essential).
* Valid CSCS card (essential).
* Proven experience in health and safety management, particularly in construction projects.
* Ability to work independently and proactively on a fast-paced construction site.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
