Setting Out Engineer

One of a RC Frame & Groundworks contractor is seeking for an experienced Site Engineer / Setting our Engineer to joint their team in Glasgow.

This is a building project mixture of RC Frame and Groundworks. The is for 30 weeks.

Role and responsibilities of Site Engineer/ Setting out Engineer.

As the Site Engineer/ Setting out Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Accurate setting out/surveying
* Conduct quality control checks and build records
* Assist senior Engineer/ manager in ensuring all operations are carried out safely
* Assist in the supervising of sub - contractors on site

Requirements :
To be successful in this Site Engineer or Setting out Engineer position, you need to:
* Have valid CSCS card.
* Previously worked as a Setting out / Site Engineer.
* Have min 3-4 years UK experience in RC Frame and Groundworks.

* Successful Setting out Engineer / Site Engineer candidate must be proficient with TSO7 series surveying instruments, be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
