Position: Teaching assistant (SEND)
Day rate: £85 per day
Twenty4seven education SEND are working with a medium sized primary school in the PE1 post code area of Peterborough. This school are looking for an additional teaching assistant to work full time immediately.
This is a popular primary school within the community and has a good reputation but more importantly they can offer numerous opportunities for those that are looking for work during school hours.
The location of the school allows access by car and public transport, so driving is not essential.
The school has a pupil in KS2 that has additional needs with a statements of ASD and learning difficulties. This pupil requires support with their academic work as they are functioning at a key stage 1 level. If you have supported ASD previously in a school setting this could be ideal, and I would also be keen to hear from you.
This is a 12-week position leading to permanent should you demonstrate the right skills and show commitment throughout this 12 week period.
