You'll have the opportunity to contribute and develop in a new and unprecedented type of law.You'll enjoy generous benefits, flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely most of the time.If you're looking for a job that will have an impact on society, this position is for you YOUR ROLE:As a Paralegal, you will have an important role and will work closely with legal team;Your main responsibilities will include;Gather, synthesize and organize information for various legal files;Layout and proofread legal documents;Validate references and articles in contracts;Draft correspondence annexes related to contracts;Personalize and adjust contracts according to pre-established criteria, including adding special conditions to identified contracts;Support the legal team in the administrative management of files, from opening to closing;Manage the sending of contracts for signature and ensure follow-up;Verify compliance of information with the Quebec Enterprise Registrary;Interact with various teams to obtain information and facilitate file management;Assist with legal and legislative research. REQUIRED SKILLS:Diploma in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant training/experience;Experience in a similar role;Good command of French spoken and written, English is an asset;Autonomy, detail oriented and proactive.
