Create meaningful professional meetings every day Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located in downtown Montreal, a systems administrator with 3-5 years of experience. The position is permanent, on-site mode and with great benefits. Le poste est permanent, mode sur site et avec de beaux avantages sociaux. - Develop, design, analyze and recommend technical solutions to strengthen the security of IT systems. - Work closely with the internal IT team and external service providers to carry out security projects, and integrate cloud and on-premises applications such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, wide area network management, and identity management. - Assess the security of third-party providers and work with them to ensure compliance with security requirements. - Manage and maintain the network infrastructure (hardware and software) and the IT fleet, performing the necessary updates. - Perform data backup and restoration operations on a regular basis. - Provide technical support to users, particularly in the event of an overload of work for the IT team or when certain team members are absent. - Update IT systems to ensure their performance and security. - Participate in the identification, research, definition and resolution of IT security issues, while supporting the team during security incidents. - Establish and implement IT security standards and best practices, both for on-premises and cloud applications. - Develop, correct, document, distribute and maintain technical documentation, security policies, references and procedures in a knowledge base. - Conduct security assessments, including penetration tests, vulnerability tests and risk analyses, in collaboration with external suppliers. - Analyze security violations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. - Test and evaluate new technologies for their potential to improve security and system performance. Required Knowledge and Skills: - College diploma (DEC) in computer science or equivalent; - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a network administrator; - Excellent command of Microsoft Server 2019, Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco, Microsoft and SonicWall; - Experience in policy management in hybrid environments (GPO in Active Directory, Intune, Endpoint Security); - Knowledge of Darktrace and/or SonicWall systems (asset); - Bilingual (French and English).
