YOUR ROLE:Participate in large-scale commercial transaction mandates;Draft transactional documents related to purchases and sales of assets and other various commercial contracts;Negotiate and draft purchase agreements;Conclude financing agreements to support commercial transactions;Participate in the implementation of various contracts related to commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions;Contribute to the due diligence process and collaborate with clients on strategies to adopt. SKILLS REQUIRED:Bachelor of Laws and be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;Have approximately three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a lawyer in commercial transactional and/or corporate law;Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and business law;Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
