Recruitment Consultant - Glasgow
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction and Property team of 12 in the Glasgow Office! Supported by a Senior Business Manager who has over 9 years industry experience. This team is a truly collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing and one that contributes significantly to the success of the wider Glasgow office and Scottish region.
As the specialist recruitment consultant operating within Construction and Property, you will recruit for professionals within property and surveying, including Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Project Managers. You'll be supported by up to 30 specialist consultants working within specific industries, providing you with more than just a job, we offer you the training and a career where you can expect to be:
- Part of a team who are professional and deliver world-class recruitment solutions to our customers.
- Identifying and building partnerships with both new and existing clients and candidates
- Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of customers.
- Partnering with new candidates and working with them to secure their career ambitions.
- Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
