Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Rowley Regis, West Midlands
Contract: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
* Support two pupils with additional needs in their educational and personal development.
* Guide and assist pupils with their work, both in the classroom and during extra-curricular activities.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the pupils' needs are met.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working with SEND pupils, ideally in a school setting.
* Ability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, during term time.
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (e.g., Teaching Assistant qualification).
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one before starting.
