Envirogen Group UK Limited is on the lookout for a strategic and experienced Interim Head of Human Resources to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function across the UK and European offices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the company's values. You will lead the HR team, providing strategic guidance and operational support, while collaborating with your North American counterpart to ensure global consistency and synergies across the Group.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture, driving talent management initiatives, and supporting the Group’s strategic growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a multi-site, international organisation.
- Experience managing a HR team, including talent acquisition, HR coordination, and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of UK laws and best practices. An understanding of Dutch and Italian employment law would be advantageous.
- Experience in change management and supporting business transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work collaboratively with global counterparts.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations
