Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with attention to detail and creativity.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Collaborate on menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain inventory and manage food costs effectively.
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for modern and innovative cuisine.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours:

• 48-hour contract
• 7 shifts per week, with a regular mix of 2 split and 3 straight shifts.
