Systems enterprise health authority client is seeking a Intermediate Systems Analyst to migrate 176 SharePoint 2013 sites of low/ medium complexity to Sharepoint Online 4 month full time contract - Dec 2024 - March 31, 2025 We believe this is a REMOTE opportunity, clarifying with client now MUST HAVE SKILLS: BC Health Authority experience is extremely nice to have MS SharePoint 2013 MS SharePoint Online ShareGate PowerShell scripting JOB DESCRIPTION: As part of our ongoing M365 program, Digital Health is in the process of migrating our existing SharePoint 2013 Teamsites to SharePoint Online. By October 2024, most of the Teamsites have already been migrated and approximately 176 sites remain that still require migration to SharePoint Online. There is an urgent need for this migration given SharePoint 2013 reached end-of-life and is no longer supported by Microsoft. Client is looking for external consultants to complete the remainder of Teamsite migration work. The deadline for completion is March 31, 2025. The responsibilities of the external consultant system analyst will be to: • Review the existing process and documentation to familiarize themselves with required tasks, activities and technical considerations with the team lead. • Provide input into site migration prioritizations (sprints) for team lead. • Independently perform mass site migrations, including modifying and running scripts to execute the migration process, as outlined in the process flowchart (S.i. Systems will provide to shortlisted consultants) • Communicating with team lead, on progress, challenges encountered and escalation of issues • Participate in weekly sprint planning and review meetings • Ongoing support and collaboration with team lead.
