Our client, a major player in the commercial real estate industry, is currently seeking a bilingual legal advisor specialized in negotiating/drafting real estate documents to join its team. This employer, a dynamic Quebec-based company with an enviable reputation in the development and management of large-scale real estate projects, offers a work environment where you can grow professionally, as well as attractive conditions and compensation. YOUR ROLE:Negotiate and draft commercial leases and various commercial agreements, including with high profile commercial tenants;Act as a resource person for all matters related to commercial leases;Collaborate with various stakeholders in the real estate sector to successfully complete various innovative projects;Maintain excellent customer service, both internally and externally. SKILLS REQUIRED: The desired candidate must:Be a member of the Quebec Bar or the Chambre des Notaires;Have a minimum of five (5) years of tangible experience in legal mandates related to commercial leasing;Meticulousness, attention to detail and strong writing skills (both in French and English) are also required for this position.
